Malcolm Smith's
Post Box Pages

During my travels I have taken to photographing post boxes when the opportunity arises. I am not sure what attracted me to them, I think probably because they are part of the landscape and appear in so many different varieties. Also, as many are quite old, they are a link with the past.

Below are my pictures which are current up to 6 August 2011 and more will be added as they become available.

The pictures are grouped according to the reigning monarch. Please select your choice from the list below.

Post boxes from the reign of Queen Victoria

Post boxes from the reign of King Edward VII

Post boxes from the reign of King George V

Post boxes from the reign of King Edward VIII

Post boxes from the reign of King George VI

Post boxes from the reign of Queen Elizabeth II

Post boxes from unidentified periods & miscellaneous items

Post boxes from other countries
